Rock county hit historically high real estate sale prices in Q2 2025 and shows no sign of slowing down thus far into Q3 2025 as well. Sellers and landlords have been able to name their price recently and the market has been surprising resilient with demand seemingly outpacing supply across most asset classes. Specifically large industrial spaces that have been sitting around vacant for an extended period of time are all seeing some action as of late. With a recent full building tenant inking a deal to lease Zilber Property Group’s spec building, they are electing to continue their commitment to Janesville and break ground on another large spec building which they are hoping to deliver by the end of the year further bolstering Janesville’s impressive industrial growth.
